Business Overview and Professional Standards
 

Summit Horizon Graphics provides professional vinyl graphics, decals, vehicle wraps, and signage services. We maintain high standards of quality, integrity, and customer service consistently with established industry practices in Nebraska sign shops. Our operations align with family business standards and support future LLC compliance.
 

Payment and Production Policy
 

All orders require a 50% deposit upfront or full payment for projects under $100. Production begins only upon receipt of payment and approved design. Final payment is due upon completion and before delivery or installation.
 

Pricing Guidelines
 

Pricing is cost-based, including materials (e.g., Oracal 651 vinyl), labor for design, weeding, and application, plus markup for professional standards. Standard range: $0.10 - $0.30 per square inch for decals. Custom quotes provided for large signs and vehicle wraps. Nebraska sales tax (5.5% state + local) will be added to all invoices.
 

Design and Approval Process
 

Clients provide design ideas or request custom work. We create proofs for approval. Production starts only after written/email approval. Revisions may incur additional fees.

Material and Quality Standards

We use premium materials like Oracal 651 vinyl for durability (3-5+ years outdoors). Quality checks ensure precise cuts, proper weeding, and professional application. Warranty: 1 year on materials and workmanship for defects.
 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

Cancellations before production: deposit refunded minus design fees. After production starts: no refunds. Custom orders are non-refundable once approved.
 

Client Responsibilities
 

Provide accurate information, approve designs timely, and handle proper installation if not using our services. Clients assume liability for misuse or improper application.
 

Compliance and Liability
 

We collect and remit sales tax. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits. Liability is limited to the value of services provided. Policies consistent with BBB standards for transparency and fair dealing.
